Constructing Good Bug Reports!

Here are few tips how to create good a good bug report - or at least something that will prove useful for our developers.

Check out the forums - maybe someone has reported your issue already. Maybe we’ve already solved it, or we think we’ve solved it - in which case you really should mention in the thread that we may not have solved things. (Please be tactful, though.)

Choose your title wisely
"Help!", “It is not working!” or “I have a idea” are not as helpful as "Freezing, Tutorial (Chrome)"

Is this a bug?
Suggestions are welcome at any time - but this feedback is better suited for our General Discussion forum, where your fellow players can also weigh in and offer thoughts. To report an actual error with the game, read the rest of this post, then create one of your own in this forum.

Tell us what the problem is
Try to remain clear and concise in your description.
1. What is the problem?
2. What action(s) must someone else perform to trigger the problem?
3. Where does the problem occur?
4. What were you expecting to happen?

Add relevant information to every report, even if you’ve included it in other reports
